A letter was sent to our VP of Operations, Raymond Kelley from a new customer stating that they wanted to express their gratitude to those involved in their recent audit effort. It became necessary for this customer to develop a work process that assisted them in submitting entry amendments in a timely fashion. The prompt turnaround enabled this customer to stay on schedule with deliverables to US Customs & Border Protection. The team received personal thanks and appreciation from the company’s import compliance team as well as that of the corporation.
