Drawback Claim – Two employees on R&B’s Drawback team and one from our IT department went above and beyond the call of duty to provide top notch professional service and showed amazing dedication in getting a crucial drawback claim filed for our good customer.  They worked on this claim until 10:30PM on the night of September 27.  They even had FedEx do a special pickup at our employee’s personal residence to make sure all the proper claim documents were sent out.
