Case Study

Our VP of Operations, Raymond Kelley received a phone call from a very long time customer.  The purpose of his call was to compliment one of our IT team members on the way she handled a situation. In his wording, she has been a champion and went to great lengths to make sure things were handled. He could not have asked for anything more than what she did. He stated that they have a great partner in R&B especially when our people take so much pride in what they do. He is sure the partnership will continue for years to come. He only wished the other party involved was as dedicated as R&B was to resolving the issues at hand.
