Customer Service at its Best

Our sales team recently met with one of newer customers and they are very pleased with the exceptional customer service they receive from us. They mentioned that they do business with 2 other forwarders, and we were certainly the best from a customer service standpoint. They also mentioned that we had good rates and at times we were a little higher, but they don’t mind paying a little extra based on the superior customer service they received from R&B. It made for a very good meeting and more opportunities will be coming our way as a result.
