analysts and network technicians. Our core operational systems - designed, developed and written by our staff - were designed based on years
of experience in the logistics industry, and with the needs and demands of our clients in mind. Key systems and processes were designed in a
manner that allows them to be tailored to meet the needs of each individual client. They were also designed to meet the many requirements of
the various government entities with whom we interact. We go beyond the normal checks and balances to comply with those entities and their
requirements while at the same time providing a user-friendly environment for our clients and our associates.

In an on-going effort to make the logistics waters easier to navigate, our Electronic Management Information and
Retrieval System (eMIRS) encompasses many applications and services that
eliminate repetitive input of data and improve efficiencies for our clients: Automated Broker Interface (ABI) for Customs Brokerage, (eCDDS)
Customs Duty Drawback System, Automated Export System (AES), Customs Service Bureau, all methods of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), (eIFFNVS)
International Freight Forwarding (Air and Ocean) and NVOCC System, (e3PDFS) 3rd Party Domestic Freight Services, (eDIRS) Documentation and
Information Retrieval/Storage, and much, much more. Our EDI capabilities encompass a broad spectrum of standards and communications protocols.
In addition to traditional EDI, data can be transferred securely between us and our customers, partners, and vendors via FTP
(File Transfer Protocol) without the additional cost of a VAN (value added network). With technologies in place to
exchange data electronically, we are able to implement many cost saving strategies and time effective processes for your business, for today and for the future.
Our eMIRS Web Portal application provides visibility throughout the supply chain to the information that is important to you - your shipment status.
This system can be tailored to meet the needs of your organization. Whether you are an importer, exporter, importer or exporter's customer, warehouse
customer, 3PL customer, or vendor/partner, you can have your shipment data at your fingertips via the internet whenever you need it, however you need
it - 24/7. Additionally, we can support that data with event driven emails and/or faxes to notify us (before a situation becomes critical internally)
